As part of The Silent Paintings project, a series of workshops invites children, families, and community members to engage creatively with the themes of childhood, dreams, and human rights. Through art and shared activities, the workshops create spaces for dialogue, reflection, and imagination.
Catching Dreams workshop took place on 27 February at Huset på Höjden and 3 March at Mötesplatsen, Sångvägen.
Children participated together with their youth leaders in a creative activity where they learned how to create their own dreamcatchers. The activity encouraged creativity while opening space for conversations about dreams, safety, and the future.
During the workshop, children worked with different materials and learned step by step how to create a dreamcatcher. Some mothers also joined the activity together with the children, contributing to a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
